Milngavie's Kylie Henry top British finisher in Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open

Milngavie's Kylie Henry finished joint 12th in the Aberdeen Standard Investments Ladies' Scottish Open at North Berwick.

Henry carded a four-round total of 283 - one under par - to finish as leading British player at the Renaissance Club course.

She opened with a level par round of 71 before a disappointing second round of 75 hit her hopes of a high finish.

However she finished strongly with rounds of 69 and 68.

The tournament was won by American Stacy Lewis who won a four-way play-off after she, Azahara Munoz (Spain), Emily Pederson (Denmark) and Cheyenne Knight (US) all four tied for the lead on five under par.

This week the Ladies European Tour moves on to the AIG British Women's Open taking place at Royal Troon in Ayrshire.
