Graeme Smith, Crossford, rallies for his best result ever

CROSSFORD rally driver Graeme Smith had plenty of reasons to celebrate his tremendous run on last weekend’s Gleaner Oil & Gas Speyside Stages.

For the 21-year-old joiner returned from Elgin with his best ever result in the DMACK Scottish Championship thanks to a dramatic last stage shoot-out.

The Honda driver took overall honours in the Brick & Steel Civic Ecosse Challenge, was first two-wheel drive car, first in class and 22nd overall. And he also earned himself £250 by collecting the ‘Best Deserving Driver Award’.
