Hazelbank badminton star Euan Watson picked for annual summer school in Slovenia
HAZELBANK teenager Euan Watson is one of just two Scottish youngsters picked to attend an annual summer school featuring around 50 talented junior players from around Europe.
Lanark Grammar pupil Euan (16), of Hazelbank Braes, will be jetting off to Otocec, Slovenia, on July 14 to attend the prestigious Badminton Europe event.
“I’m really pleased for Euan that he’s been picked for Slovenia,” said his mum Louise.
