Lanark pony champ will meet the Queen
LANARK girl Allyson Ross can’t wait to meet the Queen at next month’s Home International Championships at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
Third year Lanark Grammar School pupil Allyson, a Lanark and Upperward Pony Club member for 11 years, will meet Her Majesty during a break from riding for the Scotland Mounted Games Team at the Home International Championships.
Allyson’s mum Katrina said: “She is greatly looking forward to speaking to the Queen.”
