Law and District AAC win league
JUST one year after being promoted, Law and District AAC members have sensationally won the prestigious Central and Southern League 1 title.
During three matches staged across June, July and August in Ayrshire, Wishaw and Grangemouth, Law comfortably outgunned the opposition in a series which saw athletes aged from under-11s to veterans competing in a wide spectrum of track and field events.
Law and District AAC press officer/social convenor Allyson Ingram said: “To win this league crown in the year following promotion is an absolutely phenomenal achievement. It is a very big event in the athletics calendar so everybody at the club is thrilled.”
