Lee Creighton (14) shoots down older pool competition

Hotshot Lee Creighton – who practises pool daily at his Woodside Avenue home in West End, Carnwath – won £30 in a recent Bellshill tournament by beating five players from the under-23 Plate event. The youngster lost only one frame in the process.

His proud grandad Alan said: “He is coming on in leaps and bounds, and beating much older players is really boosting his confidence.”
