LESMAHAGOW lad Craig Allan netted the winning penalty in North Carolina, USA, as Mount Olive College football team, the Trojans, sealed their first conference tournament victory since 2006 with a triumph over favourites Erskine.

Craig held his nerve superbly to secure a win for the sixth seeds over their higher ranked third seed opponents, in the first round of the 2012 Conference Carolinas Men’s Soccer Tournament at Due West, SC.
