Mullen takes European record
Newton mearns swimmer Andrew Mullen continues to go from strength to strength in the pool.
He’s taken another accolade for his sensationals wimming. Fresh from his bronze medal winning performance at the e IPC World Championships, the Ren96 swimmer from Newton Mearns set a new European record in the S5 50m Butterfly in a time of 36.56. Mullen is building towards the Rio Paralympics in 2016 and the East Renfrewshire swimmer looks to be in splashing good form.
