Paul ‘Power’ Bowerbank wins Spirit of Knockhill
MOTORCYCLE speed king Paul ‘The Power’ Bowerbank, from Carluke, had an eventful race meeting at the Knockhill Race Circuit over the weekend.
The Scottish Motorcycle 600cc Champion’s best finish from the five races was fourth in the highly competitive category, which also saw him suffer a crash during one race and run out of fuel during qualifying.
However, he did receive a Spirit of the Meeting Award from the organisers at Knockhill for his determination to overcome reliability problems and to get back on the bike.
