Race is on for last Bellahouston 10k spaces

THE race is on if you want to line up for one of Glasgow’s most popular fitness events – which, for the first time, includes a new tracking system to ensure loved ones can keep up with you all the way round.

More than 3,000 men will be taking part in this year’s Men’s 10k at Bellahouston Park, Glasgow, on Father’s Day – June 16.

But time is running out if you want to secure your place in the family-friendly event, which also includes a 1km Rascal Run for boys and girls aged up to 14.

However, if you can’t get to a computer before then you can go along in person and get a race pack on the spot by attending the athletes village at Bellahouston Park on Friday, June 14, from 6-8pm, and Saturday, June 15, from 10am-3pm. The price then will be £25.

The Men’s Health Forum Scotland 10k for Men is going to be one of the events of the year and an inspirational experience for everyone taking part.

Excitingly, this year – for the first time – the Men’s 10k is featuring the latest in real-time tracking by providing live results via partner TDL Event Services.
