REPRESENTING Lanark and Upperward Pony Club, Rachel Barr and her pony Kincather Tomas were placed third at the Pony Club Winter League Dressage Championships national finals in Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire.

In a competition for riders up to age 25 and any horse/pony competing at open standard of dressage, Quothquan girl Rachel first performed a dressage test outdoors and was delighted to score 69.03 per cent and be one of the top two in her section.
