Record crowd at Overton point-to-point
A RECORD crowd of around 5000 sun-kissed spectators cheered champion point-to-point jockey Tristan Davidson to glory in three races at last Saturday’s hugely successful spring meeting at Overton Farm in Crossford.
Davidson – Northern Area champ for the past two seasons – romped to glory in the showpiece Men’s Open race on Monogram and also won the first race on Senor Alco and the sixth race on Tommysteel.
