Running up fresh ideas for Carluke road races
THE good people of Clydesdale are being urged to enter this year’s new-look Carluke Development Trust Road Races on Sunday, June 17.
The main race has been shortened from 10km to five miles and featuring a new start and finish at Carluke’s John Cumming Stadium.
In further changes, this year will also feature a race mile for serious runners and a fun mile as a replacement for the former 5km fun run – both around the Cumming Stadium track rather than on the streets.
