Today’s fixtures are: Football, 1.45pm – Forth Wanderers v Hurlford, Yoker Athletic v Lanark United (both Scottish Junior Cup 3rd Round); Lesmahagow v Troon (Superleague Division 1); Bellshill Athletic v Carluke Rovers (Central Division 1).
Rugby, 2pm – GHA v Biggar 1st XV (RBS National League); Lanark v Wigtownshire (West Division 3).
