Success for ski southsiders
During the course of the series, more than 504 pupils took part from all over Scotland.
The series was split into primary and secondary categories, for both experienced and novice racers.

Hide AdThe St Cadocs primary school team of Thomas Ward, Isla Ward, Erin Ward and Luke Burke won gold in the primary experienced category.
St Ninian’s High school’s team of Sean Phelan, Rory Phelan, Michael Semple and Blair Cassidy took bronze in the secondary novice category
The biggest success at the event came for Mearns Castle high school’s team of Keri Anderson, Kate Taylor, Zak Vinter and Owen Vinter.
They won gold in the Secondary Experienced category,retaining the trophy.The Mearns Castle team will now compete in the British Schools dry slopes ski championship finals.
