Swimmers’ medal haul

All the swimmers swam well and set plenty of new personal bests.

Winning medals in their age group were: Duncan McKinney 4th 100 fly, 100 freestyle, 5th 100 backstroke; Linzi Sword – 4th 100 fly, 100 backstroke; Jane Wright 4th 100 free, 5th 100 fly, 6th 100 backstroke, 100 breaststroke; Niamh Allison 4th 100 fly, 100 breaststroke, 5th 100 backstroke, 6th 100 freestyle; Morgan Dillon 2nd 100 backstroke, 3rd 100 freestyle, 5th 100 breaststroke; Kris Frobisher 3rd 100 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 4th 100 breaststroke; Chantelle McQuade 6th 100 breaststroke; Chloe O’Hara 2nd 100 breaststroke, 6th 100 freestyle; Natalie Timothy 6th 100 breaststroke; Adam Dempsey 5th 100 freestyle. The Relay team also won the silver medal in the mixed six by 50m freestyle relay.
