United triumph over premier leaders

CUMBERNAULD United continued their recent good form with an impressive victory against Super League Premier Division leaders Petershill at Guy’s Meadow on Tuesday of last week.

Although this was a friendly encounter Petershill proved a hard-tackling outfit and United had to work equally hard to earn their win.
