The group, who have been out to the refugee camps in France three times having raised over £20,000 through various fundraisers in East Renfrewshire have hastily organised a curry and karaoke comedy evening to raise funds.

As a result of the fire there is not a single structure or shelter left standing and 1500 people including many women and children have been left with literally no clothing to stay warm, or the necessary utensils to clean, cook or eat with.
