Touring play in town after Rapture Theatre confirms Cumbernauld date for lunch time production

Cumbernauld Theatre at the Lanternhouse will be hosting another touring play after it emerged that Rapure Theatre will stage 'A Number' on Wednesday, May 18 at 12.30pm.

Director Lyn McAndrew explained: “It’s a family drama which packs a powerful punch when a son finds out he isn’t an ‘original’ child but is actually a clone!”The play, which won prestigious Evening Standard Theatre award in 2002 when the topic of Dolly The Sheep grabbed headlines, stars Robin Kingsland and Paul Albertson playing the father and son.
