Wine Circle

Stamperland Wine Circle welcomes new members who have an interest in understanding more about wine and the enjoyment associated with it.

Club members enjoy tastings, displays by leading distributors and the matching of different wines to certain kinds of food. There will be demonstrations on how to make wine and an opportunity to chat about to making your own very drinkable varieties. Eastwood Choral Society

Come and join our vibrant mixed voice adult choir. All voices welcome (particularly tenors!) No auditions required. Our repertoire is largely choral and classical. Dial M for Murder

Giffnock Theatre Players presents ‘Dial M for Murder’ an exciting and gripping thriller that was made into a classic film directed by Alfred Hitchcock and starring Ray Milland and Grace Kelly. At Eastwood Park Theatre until January 26. 7.30pm plus 2.30pm Saturday Matinee.

Items of Interest is Pollok House’s programme of Winter Talks, every Friday a particular aspect of the house’s history will be revealed by knowledgeable guides. This afternoon there will be a chance to look at Lady Maxwell’s scrapbooks. From 2pm at Pollok House.

Brilliantly funny, Only Fools The (cushty) Dining Experience is a wholly original immersive theatre show created in loving tribute to the BBC’s Only Fools & Horses TV series. Audiences will be transported to The Nags Head to meet the pride of Peckham in a night of wheeling, dealing and eating.From 7pm - 10pm at The Shed, Langside Avenue.
