Route 32, a takeaway at 525 Carntyne Road, Glasgow was given the score after assessment on April 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Glasgow's 716 takeaways with ratings, 586 (82%) have pass ratings and 130 (18%) require improvement.
