The Barony, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 55 High Street, Biggar, Lanarkshire was given the score after assessment on January 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Lanarkshire's 712 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 614 (86%) have pass ratings and 98 (14%) require improvement.
