A South Lanarkshire takeaway has been handed a new "improvement required" food hygiene rating.

A South Lanarkshire takeaway has been handed a new "improvement required" food hygiene rating.

Wok This Way, a takeaway at 19 St Leonards Square, East Kilbride, Glasgow was given the score after assessment on November 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Lanarkshire's 198 takeaways with ratings, 156 (79%) have pass ratings and 42 (21%) require improvement.
