A South Lanarkshire takeaway has been handed a new "improvement required" food hygiene rating.

Chillies, a takeaway at 26 Waterside Street, Strathaven, Lanarkshire was given the score after assessment on March 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Lanarkshire's 154 takeaways with ratings, 103 (67%) have pass ratings and 51 (33%) require improvement.
