and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
He’ll be playing the intimate space of Stereo in Glasgow on November 26.
It’s been quite a journey for the singer-songwriter (full name Mitchell Hazlett Lewis) - after leaving behind his steady advertising job and playing ‘Wonderwall’ in a bar several nights a week in Australia, circumstances dictated that he moved to Stockholm to join a friend there and give his dream a proper shot.

After about 10 years of professional dedication to music, he has amassed over 3.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify and found himself receiving praise from the likes of CLASH (’A potent songwriting voice’) and The Line of Best Fit (‘Hazlett is offering up a hazy, textured version of the classic singer-songwriter sound.’).
At the end of 2023, Hazlett released the EP ‘Goodbye to the Valley Low’, which was recorded in a cabin in the middle of Scandinavian nowhere. Following its release however, he felt there was unfinished business, and returned to the cabin knowing there was more to explore.
The new EP completes this project with six brand new songs, which together with the first EP, makes one cohesive album. ‘Goodbye to the Valley Low (Side B)’ was released on 4th October 2024 alongside an exclusive-to-vinyl version of the whole album, and Hazlett will be bringing these new songs with him when he plays several shows across the UK in November.
