The Arches, 7pm

Birmingham ska revival band The Beat will offer a toe-tapping remedy to any possible romantic overdose with their Two Tone tunes.

Support comes from Glasgow’s very own ska-mazing nine piece party band Esperanza.

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

GFT, 11pm

Edgar Wright’s oddly romantic comic strip adaptation has become something of a cult hit after crashing at the box office.

The GFT are holding a late-night screening of the film, in which Scott has to defeat seven evil ex-boyfriends in video-game style battles to win the hand of his beloved.

There’s also free entry into Nice ‘n’ Sleazy afterwards for those who fancy a dance.
