Author in conversation for charity fundraiser

WRITER Natasha Solomons will appear at a fundraising event for Jewish Care Scotland this month.

The author of Mr Rosenblum’s List and The Novel in the Viola will appear at the Walton Community Care Centre, Giffnock, on October 20, 7pm.

Natasha joins Jewish Telegraph correspondent Sharon Mail to discuss her new book, The Gallery of Vanished Husbands, inspired by her Glaswegian grandmother-in-law.

Elspeth Campbell, fundraising manager for Jewish Care Scotland, said: “We are thrilled Natasha has offered this evening to us, and grateful as this event will raise vital funds for the charity.”

Tickets including a signed copy of the new book cost £18.50 — there are also £10 tickets available without the novel.
