End of the world as we know it

Ever wondered how long you’d survive in the event of a zombie apocalypse?

It might be time to start planning — because the infection takes hold of Glasgow this Friday.

The smash-hit urban chase game

It’s not an easy task, as they’ll be chased by scores of the undead (actors in full make-up and costume who look a little too convincing) and anyone caught will be tagged with invisible ink — the mark of infection.

There’s a new element for 2014, as players also have to be wary of the police and other government authorities trying to quarantine civilians (be sure not to confuse them with Police Scotland’s finest though, or there could be trouble).

The aim of the game is to make it back to the asylum in one piece, tasks completed and no marks of infection — but, if you have caught the zombie bug, then you’re in for a little treat, as the make up team are on hand to give you an undead makeover ahead of the zombie disco after party.
