It’s triple debuts for Romeo and Juliet(s)

Scotland’s only dedicated Shakespeare company, Bard in the Botanics, is going on tour for the first time, taking their version of Romeo and Juliet to venues across the country and as far as the Inner Hebrides.

The tour kicks off in the southside at Eastwood Park tonight (Thursday)so there’s still time to take in the show, if you’re quick.

Curtain 7.30pm. £9-13.

If you miss that, though, there’s another first at the Armadillo this Saturday with Ballet West’s performance of Romeo and Juliet in the Clyde Auditorium.

It is the first time the SECC has presented a classical ballet production and a debut performance for the Ballet West touring company at the 3,000 seat auditorium.

Curtain 7.30pm. £25-30.
