Lok back in win zone ...

Pollok returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Greenock at Newlandsfield Park.

It was the home side who took the lead in the 6th minute, Allan MacKenzie’s low, driven ball across goal forcing ‘Nock custodian Ryan McWilliams to stick a leg out, unfortunately for him he was only able to divert the ball into the path of Kevin Bradley to slot home. The afternoon’s scoring was completed in stoppage time after some good play teed up ‘Lok substitute Jamie Barclay, who had his shot well saved by McWilliams, once again though the ball broke kindly for Pollok, leaving John Sweeney to tap in to the empty net.
