More psychedelic sounds at the O2 ABC

You may have caught them at Glastonbury — be it live or from the comfort of your couch — but it’s just the beginning of a summer tour for The Brian Jonestown Massacre.

The group, famous for appearing alongside The Dandy Warhols in warts-and-all documentary

Formed in 1990, the band has seen some 40 different members come and go, leaving the focus on singer/guitarist Anton Newcombe, and an interest in psychedelic sounds stretching back to the band’s namesake, the ill-fated member of The Rolling Stones.

The band play O2 ABC on Saturday (July 5) — for info, visit www.o2abcglasgow.co.uk.
