Paisley’s Paolo returns to the stage
PAISLEY warbler Paolo Nutini is back after a five year break from the bright lights of showbiz — and breaking in new single Scream (Funk My Life Up) at the Barrowlands.
It’s a title which has no doubt caused many a phone-in to radio stations up and down the land (‘what’s he singing?!’) but the single seems to be doing well so far — which is promising, given Paolo has signed himself up to a tour, and appearances at T in the Park and Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
Scream is off upcoming third album Caustic Love — but the singer has plenty to draw on from his back catalogue, so fans will no doubt enjoy a trip down recent memory lane.
