Pic of the Week: Buttercups and Dandelions by Norman Shulman

The location was a lovely field of buttercups and dandelions at the start of the Aurs Road end of the Barrhead Dams.
The camera was fixed on a tripod about one foot from the ground and captured the flowers back-lit from the summer sun just seconds before sunset .
The image suffers from significant lens flare but I used this to advantage as I wished to create an impression of bright glowing warmth.
Camera/Exposure details: Taken with Canon EOS 7D using 28mm lens at f20 ; 1/100s and ISO 320.
