Pic of the Week: Loch Earn Star Trail by Alistair Cassidy
Taken on a clear April night from the north shore of Loch Earn, in Perthshire.
This image is made up of 58 separate photos, 57 exposures, each 20 seconds long to capture the star trails and one 30 second exposure to capture more detail in the hills. Then stacked in the computer to produce the image.
Nikon D750, f/2.8 lens, 24mm, f/2.8, 1 x ISO 1250, 30 secs and 57 x ISO 1000, 20 secs.
