Pic of the Week: Saharan Dunes by Mary Robertson

This image was taken at Erg Chebbi which are dunes on the edge of the Sahara in Southern Morocco.

We were on our way to spend a night in a bedouin camp in the desert and stopped off here in the late afternoon.

The man in the photograph was our Tuareg guide (wearing traditional blue robes and headwear) who took us up to the top of the dune to watch the sun go down.

The image was taken with a Panasonic G3 at f8, 1/320, ISO 160 and 25mm lens.

Pic of the Week is in association with Eastwood Photographic Society — photography for all.
