CALLING all beer fans for another Glasgow Real Ale Festival at The Briggait. On Thurs-Sat (times vary) and entry is £4 for CAMRA members, £6 for non-members. Over 100 beers from breweries around Scotland and the rest of the UK.

GLASGOW Jazz Festival kicked off yesterday and runs until Sunday. Line up includes Gladys Knight, Nettwork Trio , Marcos Valle, Eddi Readers with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra and The Family Stone - see www.jazzfest.co.uk.
