The nameplate on the lamp post on the left is for Shawholm Street which is now the end of Shawbridge Street.
During the redevelopment, the realigned Shawbridge Street made a junction with Nether Auldhouse Road 100 yards to the east.
As the redevelopment got under way, most of the buildings of Harriet Street were demolished out of existence.
