It was later occupied by a religious order known as the Montfort Fathers, who derived their origins from St Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort (1673-1716), a French priest who was canonised by Pope Pius XII 1947.

The order quit Tower Rais in 2006 and the building has since gone through a complete renovation to become luxury flats.
