New developments are set to appear in Glasgow throughout 2024 as works continue to transform the face of the city with plenty of new buildings set to become more visible.

13. Central Quay
The new development would include residential, purpose-built student accommodation, and commercial uses, with associated landscaping and public realm on a brownfield site at Central Quay as part of a major urban regeneration project.
14. Marks & Spencers
