The public exhibition started on Wednesday, giving the public a chance to see for themselves what could be in store for the iconic building and surrounding grounds.

Current owner Birkwood Estates Ltd is seeking planning permission to convert the iconic Birkwood House into a hotel. The developer is also planning a number of holiday chalets, the redevelopment of South Lodge and five housing areas.
