Christmas was extended into Boxing Day after lottery win

Two people in Newarthill received a late Christmas present on Boxing Day after winning £1,000 each thanks to their postcode.

The Inveraray Gardens neighbours landed the windfall when ML1 5ER was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize winner on Saturday 26th December.

 People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his congratulations and said: “What a lovely surprise for our winners. I hope they have had a great festive period and I’m sure this news has made it even more special!”

The names of the winners have not been revealed by the lottery.
