Topics covered by the group will consist of maketing, business planning and finance.

The days will be divided as:

marketing, on Tuesday, October 14 from 6pm to 8.30pm: This looks at the role of marketing in your business, how to identify your target customers, how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors and how to complete market research

business planning, on Tuesday, October 21 from 6pm to 8.30pm: In this seminar you will create a description for your business, look at efficient ways of obtaining skills and resources and how to present your business plan

finance, on Tuesday, October 28 from 6pm to 8.30pm: This evening we take a look at managing a profit and loss account, how to produce a cash flow statement, the different sources of finance and the different legal structures of a business.
