Rosewood Homes £6 million development in Carluke

A HOUSE builder has announced plans for a massive investment in Carluke, with new luxury homes in the pipeline.

Rosewood Homes revealed that it had acquired almost 13,000 square metres of land and that it intended to build homes ranging from two-bedroom flats to luxury five-bedroom villas.

Approximately £6 million will be invested by the company to build the development, highlighting the increasing confidence of housebuilders that the worst days of the recession are now over.
