Jack Baxter, who only opened Baxter South in Shawlands last year, has earned a place on the 2020 shortlist in The Entrepreneur category.

The It List final takes place in London on November 29, presented by leading industry magazine Creative HEAD and sponsored by global hair brand ghd.

This year’s winners will receive an exclusive ghd workshop experience and 12 months of profile-projecting coverage in Creative HEAD in print and online, as well as live event opportunities.

Jack said: “It is an amazing feeling to be nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year 2020.

“My salon opened in the heart of Glasgow just last year so it is an honour to be nominated for an award like this already.

“I always push myself in my work and do my best to put Glasgow on the map so I am thrilled to be a finalist.”
