Titanic win for Lenzie youngster in Billington’s Bake Off battle

“Titanic” cake went down a treat with judge, Masterchef winner Laurence Henry to clinch the top prize at 
Billington’s.

The creative eight-year-old, who is a P4 pupil at 
Holy Family Primary School, 
received a signed chef’s apron and hat from Laurence for his big win.

Runners-up David and Evie received a rosette and a treat from Billington’s , along with the nine other finalists in the competition, which took place virtually..

Mark Billington said: “It was great fun - we received more than 160 entries over 12 weeks of lockdown.”
