Cumbernauld Academy: Covid 19 update
Cumbernauld Academy is at the centre of a Covid-19 outbreak, it has emerged.
Parents were notified of the situation after North Lanarkshire Council called in NHS Lanarkshire when the alarm was raised,
A spokesperson for North Lanarkshire Council said: “Following positive tests in a very small number of pupils, a number of pupils in the senior phase at Cumbernauld Academy have been told to self-isolate – along with all members of their household – for 14 days.”
