Motherwell Heritage Centre is back in business with rigorous measures in place to enable social distancing. A spokesperson said: “We don’t have the same on offer as before - mainly there are no children’s activities at this time.

“However, archives and local studies are open as is our tower with the Climb Thru Time exhibition on the history of Motherwell and our viewing platform.

“We also have a temporary exhibition “Prints of Darkness” by printmaker Chad McCail.”
