Libraries in Motherwell and Bellshill will re-open next week

Motherwell Library will re-open on Monday, April 26 – and its counterpart in Bellshill will re-open the following day.

Culture NL confirmed last week that the two libraries were amongst nine across the authority earmarked for opening. The home delivery service will restart on Monday 26 April.

A number of safeguarding measures like those implemented last year in will remain in place, including reduced opening hours, the mandatory wearing of facial coverings and social distancing.

Leisure centre earmarked for next Monday’s openings include The Sir Matt Busby Centre which has not operated since last March.
