Taking place from 10am on Tuesdays-Fridays, the classes are run by local fitness trainer Wendy Mcleod, who explains why it’s a great time for mums to start putting aside a little time each week where they can focus on themselves.

She said: “Buggyfit offers low impact, full body strength training, and is perfect for new mums looking to get back to fitness and meet other mums.

"Classes are really great for reducing aches and pains in all joints and strengthening and realigning our foundations, and the great part is, baby can come along too.”

Buggyfit founder Emma Redding added: “We really want new mums to feel comfortable getting back into exercise after the birth of baby.

"Whatever your postnatal stage, our fun exercise programme has something to suit everyone.”
