The organisation’s vision is to create a powerful movement with connected and passionate people who promote; give and share simple acts of loving-kindness.

Jackie Hale from Newton Mearns and Lorraine Waugh from Netherlee has been creating homemade hearts to deliver to those affected by the coronavirus pandemic or other illness.

Jackie said: “Our vision is to share simple acts of loving kindness to families bereaved by Covid-19 or illness.

“To date we have delivered love hearts to ICU wards, children’s wards in Glasgow and are now delivering hearts to care homes and hospices.

“The response we have had has been incredible and humbling, and are looking for volunteers who may have a few hours to spare if they can knit or crochet to help us reach put to more people.”
